"My stay at the residence inn was very nice the staff was great. Unfortunately, I booked a room with a pull out couch and they put me in a room with out one. I feel that if they was unable to fulfill what I needed and paid for then I should have been able get a lower rate or an upgrade. When I checked in the staff member didn’t inform me of this until I called downstairs. If it was communicated by the staff member of the unfortunate circumstances of the room and the inability to have what I paid...

"Everything was great except the noise. I was on the 3rd floor end room.The stair way door was slamming all hours of the night. Very noisy shouting and screaming by adults.crying and throwing fits in the hallway by the children. Bouncing balls down the hallway.You should have one floor for guess with children."
