"My stay at the residence inn was very nice the staff was great. Unfortunately, I booked a room with a pull out couch and they put me in a room with out one. I feel that if they was unable to fulfill what I needed and paid for then I should have been able get a lower rate or an upgrade. When I checked in the staff member didn’t inform me of this until I called downstairs. If it was communicated by the staff member of the unfortunate circumstances of the room and the inability to have what I paid...

"Im a regular customer at this point so the rooms they give me are mainly great. I have ran into the showers not being immediately hot when you turn it on. Some tvs having a roku stick and some not. My biggest compliant is in the title. If you are not worried about your deposit than skip this review. To keep it simple bring your own towels and rags. They will take partially your deposit every time if you dirty them. So you really cant fully wash your butt. Smh. Ive be charged 20 to 40 dollars...
