"For a small motel in a rural area I admit I had low expectations, but I was pleasantly surprised with how clean and modern the room was. Everything was modernized; the furniture, the mattress and bedding, the countertops and fixtures. Though there was an old school air conditioner that wasn't quiet, but fortunately it worked fine. The bathroom vanity was new, though a bigger countertop would have been appreciated. And while the bathroom was clean, the walls had a rough patch job, and the caulking needs to be redone. I checked in super late without an issue and I was able to bring my dog for an additional $25, which I think is fair. I would definitely stay again."
