"Nothing really was working the telephone there was no hot water and the safe disnt work..bed was too soft. There was not manager on site at the time so I contacted Hilton headquarters and they was kind enough to compensate us with extra hilton points. So thank you Hilton for accommodating us that way."

"The condo was cozy, well equipped for a long weekend getaway and overall just a fantastic time. Loved how close it was to hop right on the slope to granite lift. The only real negative was that lift doesn’t start running till later in the morning but that’s not the fault of the condo. Overall just a wonderful experience and I look forward to being able to book it again in the future! "
