"I don’t typically write reviews, but Bernini Palace truly deserves one. Everything was exceptional from the moment I walked in. The staff made me feel so welcome, personally escorted me to my room, and were incredibly helpful throughout my stay. My room was extremely clean and comfortable, and breakfast was amazing. The service and attention to detail made the experience worth every penny. Everything about my stay was excellent, and I highly recommend Bernini Palace to anyone visiting Florence!"

"What a fantastic hotel! Everything about my stay was exceptional, from the incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional staff to the unbeatable location and excellent facilities. The hotel was comfortable, beautifully maintained, and had everything needed for a perfect stay. The staff truly made the experience special, always going above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. The location couldn't be better! I would absolutely stay here again and again without hesitation. One of the best hotel experiences I've had! Highly recommended to anyone looking for a wonderful and memorable stay. "A very nice hotel with great staff members. The front desk staff was extremely helpful and friendly, assisting us with every matter we had. The room was nice and clean, but the bathroom was a little small, but it didn’t affect our stay. The breakfast was good and staff was excellent. One thing I would like to inform everyone about is that there are two movie channels that have American movies, which I watched overdubbed in Italian. It wasn’t until night 3 or 4 when I discovered that there was a button on the remote that allowed you to change the language back into the original language (English). Overall, I would highly recommend staying at there."

"Location was perfect ! Beautiful decorations! However, I was never told you had to go to a hotel around the corner to eat breakfast- or that our hotel room was not in the dining and pool hotel. Apparently- two Hotel Calimala’s. Our first room was unacceptable as I paid upgrade for a room with a view- no view! They finally switched us into a better room. Check out these things before you book your room. Very nice hotel- but expensive for what you get! They charge for bottled water after first night!"
