Our family was very happy with this hotel! The kids loved the pool, the breakfast was great, it was clean and nothing felt old. The baby crib they gave us was pretty hard on the bottom, so our toddler couldn’t sleep in it without padding added, but that was the only negative thing about our stay!

Would have given 5 stars but there was a used towel on the back of the bathroom door. Just needed a check but it was missed. However, everything else was very good and we’d stay at the hotel again. Good location for our trip and the team were excellent. The hotel and room were clean and tidy overall. Good breakfast too always sets the day up.

In some ways the hotel was nice. It had a normal hotel breakfast. It seemed somewhat new instead of tired. The employees were friendly. I gave it two stars because there were too many problems. The first room had very slow drains in the sink and in the shower. It also had a dead outlet next to the bed. When they changed us to another room, we found that the microwave was broken.

I spoke to one of the staff members and for a 12 to 13 year old property that has not been renovated since it was opened it looked brand new. The taff was frieldnly and helpful. As well as present. They had Biscuits and Gravy for breakfast! That on it's own gets 5 stars. The AC was nice and functional and easy to use. The bathrooms were clean and had wonderful soaps in the bathrooms. All in all a wonderful stay. We even stayed an extra night and it was easy to book another night.
