"The hotel was very nice but before we arrived the booking we made nearly 12 months previously was communicated that they wished to move us to a sister hotel. Following communication before we went on this matter it was then confirmed our original booking would stand. However when we arrived for the first two and a half days of the 7 night stay we were constantly battling with the hotel as they only had us staying for 2 nights and again wanted to move us to this sister hotel. "The property is immaculate with fantastic amenities for families. The pool is fantastic. They have a regular large pool, kids pool, open air heated pool different from regular pool and open air jacuzzi and indoor jacuzzi. They also have cycling, cricket, Golf, badminton and host of other activities to keep kids and adults busy. The property is overall very beautiful and great for morning runs or just a stroll. They also have direct access to benaulim beach. The food overall is great in taste but I believe the breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet lack in variety for a properly of this class. Almost every other property in this class had a larger spread. No complains on quality, taste and service though. The extra bed is exorbitantly priced at ₹ 4000++ per night. The kind bed is big enough though."
