"The property had a beautiful country setting. It reminded me of an old farmhouse. The outside entertainment area was great. Unfortunately we weren’t able to enjoy it due to the mosquitoes. The property owner supplied us with citronella candles but the bugs won! There isn’t any air conditioning including the bedrooms. It was quite war despite the ceiling fans and we couldn’t leave the windows open because of the bugs. It was a nice retreat after being in the busy city of Bologna."

Alessandro (the owner) was wonderful - charming and helpful but also discreet, coming early in the morning to clean the pool each day without disturbing his slumbering guests! "We were quite disappointed in this stay. It was quite loud late into the night and the “bungalows” didn’t keep out the noise. The rooms weren’t specifically clean but the biggest disappointment was the breakfast. The coffee machine wasn’t restocked-no coffee, the choices were vast but not restocked well.
