The property is a nice 15 minute walk to the main strip of Kings Beach and about a 10 minute walk from Safeway. The house itself was clean and we enjoyed the log cabin feel of the interior. "This rental was perfect for my friend and I who met for a long weekend getaway. The house was really comfortable (great layout), decor was tasteful, and the location was in a safe and quiet neighborhood. There are really fun additions like a game room and mini bar! The backyard is in need of a makeover (landscaping) but it didn’t really impact us as we didn’t sit outside. It has a ton of potential. "Overall I was very happy with this property. It was very clean and was easy to get anywhere in town. Problems like a light not working addressed with the manager were addressed promptly. Bed and pillows were comfortable. It was quiet and has a beautiful view of the valley and mountains. My only issue is that the kitchenware (pots and pans) were really beat up/scratched and should be replaced. "We went there as two couple and a single adult. The house is as described in the listing. Even though it has the sq footage of the place, I thought it’d be bigger. For our group, it felt a little tight. The living room isn’t really set up for more than four people at the most if the TV is on. We spent most of our time on the front porch with a filtered view of lake. It was nice out there and only really hot for an hour when it was in direct sun. The grill was also nice and in good shape....

"Our stay was wonderful and Just what our family needed. Beautiful main room with big windows looking out into the forest. Hot tub on the main deck was ideal! Bed's were comfortable and plenty of towels for showering and hot tubbing. The community was quiet and so are we so that was a perfect, peaceful match for our family.
