They double booked which I found out on arrival. I spent 1 hour on the phone with Expedia and with them since it was too late for me to cancel to make sure I was not charged. They emailed me a receipt showing the deposit refund but charged me the full rate which I have not been able to do anything about. I lost my afternoon.

There were stains in the sheets. I booger on the wall. Mold in the shower. Lime on the shower head. Ripped curtains. Dusty. Only one outlet worked out 6 outlets. I have pictures to prove it.

Muy buena ubicación, teniendo su parking propio puedes dejar tu vehiculo si no quieres manejar y por la ubicación es muy barato moverse en Uber/Didi. La suite muy limpia ni un solo insecto. Los puntos de mejoria: 1.- La alberca estaba algo sucia 2.- La cerradura electrónica de la puerta a diario se descomponia

Lamentablemente no leí antes espero esto si le sirva a las personas antes de hacer la reservación, fue un viaje familiar de 8 personas ofrecen servicio de agua y solo te ponen una botella con un base para 8 personas seme hace una grosería, pides toallas y que no tienen por qué está lleno el hotel que no se supone que debe de tener suficientes el lavado de la habitación siempre estuvo tapado nunca fueron a destapar lo el aseo terrible está muy sucia la habitación el baño con moho, en verdad no lo reserven es un pésimo lugar, creo que tú pagar por un servicio el cuál ofrecen y ponen lo que según es pues este no es nada de lo que según ofrece las toallas no te las quieren cambiar no te dejan ni shampoo jabón ni papel higiénico y cuando pasan hacer el aseo toman tus cosas, como es posible en verdad, prestan un servicio no pueden están ofrecion algo que no tienen, no volveré a hospedarme en ese lugar tan horrible
