"This was our third time at the Santa Barbara Inn. We love the location, proximity to great walks on the beach. The zoo is a wonderful experience as is the botanical garden just a few minutes drive. "The staff was so helpful. I had to stay there between leases, so it was a stressful time and they made it so much easier. Everyone working there was polite and knowledgeable. The location is great and while the property itself is a little older, the rooms are nicely renovated and very clean."
