Additional half-bath off of upstairs kitchen/living area. Large & efficient washer and dryer. Private sunbathing area next to pool. Very quiet neighborhood on exclusive cul de sac of large custom homes. Property is almost one half acre. Five miles to gorgeous beaches. One mile to grocery store & shopping center & restaurants.
