"The Royal is an old hotel in a historic building, so fuĺl of charcter and charm. There is a lift but I then had to go down some three steps then a full flight to get to my room. Anyone with mobility issues might want to check. The single room and bathroom were spacious and as a single traveller I felt welcone. Staff generally very good. Breakfast choices excellent. Lovely location and gardens. Would recommend."

"A fantastic house with plenty of room for a large family group. It is in an excellent location, close to the beach, cafes, and the local Co-op. The hosts are very helpful and sorted out our ferry travel, and answered questions quickly. We would not hesitate to stay here again!"

Luxury & Eco Friendly One Bed Apartment

"The apartment I had booked was unavailable due to maintenance so I was offered a move to a larger one in the same building. It had wonderful sea views & came with an allocated parking space, which was very useful as the road was always full of parked cars. When I arrived there was no hot water or heating as the boiler had broken down. After reporting this to the host it was quickly repaired the next day by a plumber! The apartment is well equipped, comfortable & came with Wi-Fi & a smart TV. Very good all round."
