Aussergewöhnlich gut gepflegte Ferienwohnung an guter und dennoch ruhiger Lage. Wir waren mit 2 Kinder für eine Woche und haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist genauso schön, wie auf den Bildern abgebildet. Herzlichen Dank auch an die nette Schlüsselhalterin!

We enjoyed the fact that there is a small bar to have morning cappuccino and little store for food and wine within a two minute walk. a good place to recover from the crowded bustle of Venice!

Der Wohnraum hat neben einem gemeinsamen Wohnzimmer / Essbereich sowie einer kleinen Küche 2 Bereiche mit je einem Schlafzimmer und dazugehörigem Dusch / WC-Bereich. Dies empfanden wir als sehr angenehm. Die Lage der Ferienwohnung um Venedig zu entdecken ist prima und abends ist es eine ruhige Ecke. Einkaufsmöglichkeit gibt es viele in dieser Ecke. Die Schlüsselübergabe (je einer für ein Paar) war unkompliziert - italienische Sprachkenntnisse sind freilich sehr hilfreich

Calme et bien situé

Bel appartement, bien équipé, avec cependant un point négatif qui est le manque de lumière : quelle que soit l'heure, il est indispensable d'allumer les éclairages pour y voir quelque chose, à moins d'apprécier la pénombre. Ceci étant, le but de notre séjour à Venise n'était pas de rester enfermés toute la journée donc pas très grave, d'autant que la situation est top : quartier Arsenale/Castello, à l'écart de l'agitation touristique tout en étant à deux pas de la Piazza San Marco d'un côté et de la Via Garibaldi de l'autre, rue calme et bien pourvue en commerces de proximités, bars et restaurants d'un bon rapport qualité/prix.
