Adequate is the best description. Rooms were very clean although additional bedding could be provided (sheets and a thin blanket are all the bedding). We also could not get the air conditioner/heater unit to work but that may have been due to user error, although we tried just about everything we could to get it to work. The hotel felt more like a converted dormitory or maybe an old hostel. Walls and ceilings are very thin so noise carried very easily. And the rooms were very small. But we appreciated the proximity to the bus and train lines as well as the kindness of the staff.

Not sure who is to blame but the room states 12.30 check in not correct. Also room states tea & coffee stove & dishes in room not correct. Only in common area. Over all very disappointed. Small room with no comfortable chairs.

Flight delayed and refused a late check-in even though only 15 minutes later. Won't report on the room as was not allowed to enter but not nice from outside. Owner is unpleasant & obnoxious, they did not reply to my messages for three days and then when past the refund time were happy and very fast to refuse late check-in Were happy to let us sleep on the street for 15 minutes which we tried and tried to tell them

좋은 숙소

새로 지은 신축 건물인지 모든게 다 깨끗하고 새거였어요 주인분 만나서 체크인 했는데 숙소 시설도 안내해주시고 편했어요 근데 관광세가 호탤스닷컴에 적혀있는건 1.40유로인데 3유로를 받더라고요;;; 그건 좀 불쾌했어요 정보와 다른 금액이라... 여튼 위치도 역과 가깝고 이가격에 잘 묵고 갑니다

Perfect location,very clean but not what we booked

The location is just perfect, a few minutes on foot to both the train station and the bus stop to Venice but.... the information on your reservation is misleading: we were supposed to rent an apartment for five people but we got a room with 3 beds inside and a private bathroom and a sharing kitchen and living room with other guests, instead. If we had been warned about it, it would have been fine...but that's not the case. I must say both the bathroom and the bedroom were new and sparkling clean...no complaints there. But I didn't like we couldn't pay by card (no previous warning there) and we didn't even get a receipt. The owner is quite nice and willing to make your stay comfortable but leaving your luggage in a open space, unlocked, is not an option either. Still, I'd recommend it but be aware that your reservation will not engage the reality.

Partendo dal presupposto che sono una persona che si accontenta, peggiora struttura non mi poteva capitare: muri sottili come cartone (si sentiva addirittura russare il vicino e vi lascio immaginare il risveglio come possa essere stato), bagno degli anni ‘60 condiviso con almeno 7 persone che oltretutto cadeva a pezzi e stanza che forse un loculo era più grande. Per non parlare del check-out dove siamo rimasti 10 minuti fuori dal portone perché il simpatico addetto alla recption non ci apriva. Mai più e fortemente sconsigliato. Ah dimenticavo al check-in la tassa di soggiorno di 3€ a testa quando sul sito era scritto 1.50€.

メストレ駅から徒歩5分弱。 1フラットに3部屋、1シャワートイレ。 部屋は狭いが、フラット全体はかなり広い。 wifiは遅い。キッチンはキレイだが、まな板がない(外国に非常に多い) 徒歩5分にそこそこ大きいスーパーがあってそこで事足りる。 洗濯機はつぶれていた。

Overall very positive experience. Good location. Very friendly host Zaif. Would only advise to get the extra fees confirmed as according to the booking everything was included and once there the tax fee was 3€ per person per day, so €42 more than planned.
