A refined apartment with a modern design, in a building a stone's throw from the Grand Canal, will frame your vacation in the most beautiful city in the world. Large, bright and classy, it can accommodate up to 6 people, suitable for groups of friends or families. It consists of a large living area with a sofa bed, which can be prepared as needed, a fully equipped kitchen and dining table, two double bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower. From the windows of the living area and the bedrooms you can see the Grand Canal and going down the street you are in the heart of Venice with its shops, taverns and wine bars.
So that you don't miss anything during your stay, the apartment is equipped with independent heating, air conditioning, wi-fi, hairdryer, iron, TV, as well as all kitchen appliances and utensils, including a wine cellar.
Thanks to its excellent location, you can reach the Rialto Bridge in just 2 minutes and St. Mark's Square in 10 minutes. The vaporetto stops located a few steps away will allow you to reach the main points of the city such as Piazzale Roma, the Santa Lucia train station, Marco Polo airport or other islands in the lagoon.
Check-ins are possible from 15 to 19. The later ones are possible by prior arrangement and with a small extra payment. Upon check-in, the payment of the tourist tax will be required, which is equivalent to 5€ per person per night, and a rental agreement will be filled out and signed, where the details of a credit card in the name of the guests will also be entered as a guarantee for damages.
Pets are not allowed.

Great place to stay in Venice

We were so happy to stay here. This location was incredible and so central. The home was beautiful, clean and actually quiet at night. Communication with the host was super easy and we really enjoyed our stay. Id for sure come back and stay here again.

Such a beautiful and spacious apartment right within walking distance to the Rialto Bridge and multiple others local spots and resturants! Beds were comfortable and clean, apartment was well stocked with basic necessitys and the gal who checked us in and got us settled was amazing!

The Best of Venice

This was the perfect place to stay while in Venice! The apartment is ideally located a few steps from the Grand Canal and the Rialto Bridge! It is spacious and modern and is very well taken care of. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting this unique and beautiful city!

This location was in the perfect location right on the grand canal. We enjoyed that it had a nice spacious living room and kitchen area that allowed us to come back and hang out after a long day of walking around the beautiful city. Would definitely use again.

Great stay in Venice!

My family had a great 2-night stay in this beautiful, clean, and perfectly located apartment in Venice. The apartment was well-appointed, very clean, and had plenty of space for my family to be comfortable, and being just a few yards from the canal, was quiet after hours. The location was perfect for us with so many great attractions and restaurants within walking distance. The host was good to work with, responsive, and the check-in and check-out process was easy. Would return if back in Venice.

Stunning Apartment…great location!

We were amazed, upon arrival of the cleanliness, decor, and well appointed apartment. We stayed with friends, so we loved the fact that the bedrooms were separated by some space and privacy. The bathrooms were beautiful and well appointed with towels and toiletries. The kitchen was very modern and also well equipped. Step out the door, and you are steps away from the grand canal, restaurants, shopping, and all the sites are within walking distance. I really enjoyed our stay here. Thank you.

Place is fabulous, but not “canal view”. Humberto was great at getting us there, but wish they had given us water taxi instructions as to which stop instead. Regardless, great place and we’d stay again.

Great location!

Great location, very clean and just as described in the listing! The property manager arranged for a water taxi to and from the airport for us. It was perfect! Dropped us off just in front of the apartment so we didn't need to travel far with all our luggage. We were met upon arrival so no need to wait for check in. Highly recommend!

The apartment appeared to be recently renovated. The location couldn’t be more ideal for walking everywhere in Venice. There is a vaporetto dock less than a 5 minute walk from the apartment. We were extremely pleased with our experience.

This was my first time visiting Italy and I must say I was VERY impressed! Michaela coordinated a water taxi to pick us up and met my party at the entrance of the place. There was a book with recommendations that was very helpful. The place was a lot larger than what it looks like in the pictures! The place had beautiful decorations and the location is perfect! I had visited multiple cities before I came to Venice and I must say this was the best place we stayed at during our 2 week stay. I would definitely stay here again in the future. Thank you for a great experience!

The apartment is beautiful and in a wonderful location. We had trouble finding it initially because the google map we were sent took us on a 30 minute walk with our luggage up and down lots of stairs only to find the apartment was 2 minutes from where we landed. Also the check out time is early at 10 am and nowhere to keep your luggage. Our train was 1:30 and we were hoping to walk around a bit.

This apartment was even better than we expected. It is spacious, modern, and very comfortable. It is very well stocked for cooking, laundry, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. It was such a nice apartment to come back to relax in after a hot day in Venice. The location is ideal for exploring Venice. There are many food options nearby and a vaporetto stop very close by. And, despite the apartment being so close to the Rialto bridge and the Grand Canal it is extremely quiet inside. We also found the rental company very easy to work with and quite helpful during check-in. I would happily stay here again and would certainly recommend this apartment to anybody visiting Venice.

Steps from Rialto Bridge, spacious 2 br apartment

We loved this apartment in Venice. It was very centrally located but quiet. All amenities were nice. Both rooms were decent size, had lots of wardrobe space. Kitchen had all the things needed for a quick stay (water heater, nespresso, toaster, pots/pans to reheat meals, dishwasher). Washing machine was one of those washer/dryer combos but dryer took a bit long time. Would have been nice if there was a drying rack at the apartment. We also had some issues when we first checked in with towels, etc but the management company responded timely with a solution. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect stay in Venice!

There is nothing but rave reviews from our family about our stay at this apartment! The location is absolute perfection! The water taxi is a 30 second walk, it is off the main canal yet quiet and also near restaurants and shopping. We loved the size of the space! The bedrooms are so generously sized and we both had our own bathrooms. The living room and kitchen/dining area were also really large. Big, beautiful windows allowing natural light in. The washer/dryer combo is a great bonus! The amenities in the kitchen allowed us to bring food in and have everything we needed. The bedding was comfortable and so were the pillows. The entire apartment is like brand newly renovated! Great closet space also! All of our communication beforehand were answered on a timely manner. Pietro met us at the apartment as we departed the water taxi and explained everything to us. We would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for space to spread out and enjoy Venice! Grazie for a delightful stay!
