  • This modern 50-square-meter one-bedroom apartment is part of Laguna Boutique Apartments in Venice Mestre, a quiet residential area with quick and easy access to the island of Venice by bus.

    The apartment has one large bedroom with a comfortable queen-size bed, a spacious living room with a double sofa bed, and a small private balcony where guests can relax after a day out.

    The kitchen is modern and fully equipped, with dishwasher, microwave oven, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle and cookware. The apartment also includes air conditioning, fast fiber Wi-Fi, and a 40’’ Full-HD TV with Netflix.

    The building is located in a quiet residential area with shops, cafés, gelaterie and a large supermarket nearby.
    The bus stop to Venice and the airport is about 2 minutes on foot, and the island of Venice can be reached in around 10 minutes by public transport.
    Mestre train station and the central square are also within walking distance, convenient for arrivals, departures and day trips.

    The apartment is suitable for couples, small families or guests looking for a comfortable stay with easy access to the island of Venice.

This is one of the best rental apartments we’ve stayed in Europe so far! Very close to everything-groceries, eateries and bus/train stations in Venice Mestre.

Stay in Venice

Property was great, Andrea was so nice! Told us all about the area and helped us with the parking meter, can park right outside of the apartment. Bus stop and grocery store and restaurants all right there! Highly recommend.

Perfect for a couple of days close to Venice

The apartment of Andrea and Bianca is just perfect if you want to spend a couple of days close to Venice. It's located in Mestre, close to the bus which brings you to Venice in around 15 mins. The apartment is spacious, very well equiped and very clean. There is public parking on the street of the apartment for a couple of Euro per day. Communication with Andrea and Bianca was simple and very good.

Beautiful apartment 5 mins from the Venice bus line

Our stay was wonderful! The newly renovated apartment had everything we needed and the host was very accommodating with our check in. They even provided some basic toiletries and a bottle of wine for our stay! The air conditioning was very useful for our stay during early-mid August. The bedroom has plenty of storage space for luggage and clothing. It also has 2 large windows for tons of ambient lighting. The apartment is very close to the 4L bus stop that runs every 5 mins during the day and takes you to the main island of Venice. It is also very close to the Marco Polo Airport bus line (15) that run fairly frequently. There is some really good food (and gelato) all within a 5-10 mins radius from the apartment. It is also close to the Mestre city center which has lots of shopping and more good food! Overall, we had such an amazing stay at this apartment and definitely recommend staying here!
