Excellent- convenient for Venice
Stayed here for 2 nights and wish we had made it 3. Would highly recommend this place. We were blown away by the warm reception we received. The breakfast offer was also a pleasant surprise. There is a bus stop right outside the hotel that takes you into Venice. Don’t drive into Venice - parking is ridiculously expensive and not conveniently located.

Found this Gem on Expedia and was so pleased we did. everything from pre travel communication through to check out was first rate. Excellent attentive staff. Lovely room and setting 20-30 minute bus ride from Venice. The busses run regularly and are very cheap in comparison to the U.K. Breakfast was excellent too. Not sure about Dinner as we spent all our time in Venice but if the rest of our experience was anything to go by I'm guessing that would have been first class too. If we visit Venice again we will definitely be looking to stay here.

The hotel itself is amazing, but it is far from Venice, so expect to commute every day. Thankfully the bus stop is across the street from the hotel.

Not a good hotel for location and also would not class it as a 5* hotel. More like 3* and also at night you can hear traffic going past whilst trying to sleep and the rooms arent sound proof you can hear everything next door.

The hotel room was cool, but thats about it. Restaurant was terrible for dinner and there is NOTHING...and I mean nothing in the surrounding area. 1 bar and a couple of restaurants that are a difgicult walk on a busy highway with no sidewalk.

Small boutique hotel that has very thin walls. I couldn’t put the TV past volume 5 at night because the neighbor was complaining that it was too loud. About a 25 minute ride into major part of Venice. Decent place, good if you’re going on a. Budget.

The staff were friendly, very convenient with a bus stop opposite the hotel which takes you into Venice in about 15/20 minutes. The room was beautiful and clean. The breakfast was delicious. I would definitely stay there again.
