This Hotel is very good. Staff are very warm and helpful. Location is very convenient if you want to taking water bus because the water bus station 🚉 is just outside the hotel entrance. Breakfast has lots of verities. It is a nice hotel to pick.

Great hotel in Venice, good breakfast and the staff was very friendly. The only downside is that the elevator was not working so we had to use the stairs from level 0 to 3 and my wife was pregnant, but it did not affect our stay at the hotel. We loved the hotel, we will definitely book here again in the future.

The place itself was nice , the rooms were nice my only complaint is regarding the beds, myself and someone were itchy all night and work up with red marks all over our body, its hours later and we are still itching and still cover in these reds marks Not happy at all

Everything was old and dated in hotel it all needs modernising Lift didn't work we had to carry our luggage to 3rd floor The 3rd floor is the attic everything is old, thankfully it is clean, there is no double bed it is 2 singles stuck together Breakfast very very basic, we only went down on the 1st day after that had breakfast in Venice

Overall our stay was poor and thankfully only 2 nights. Room was clean, but very outdated and not at all how it's advertised. Thermostat was broken; needed to use a bobbypin to adjust the temperature. Bathtub/shower combo was terrible. Shower head needs to be replaced and the water splashed all over the floor. To get to our room, you needed to walk outside which was a little creepy at night with poor lighting and stray animals around. Elevator was super tiny and barely working during our stay. Hotel staff were okay; a little cold and not very welcoming. Location was okay. The waterbus was convenient, but very packed. Lots of great dining options nearby. Overall I would not recommend this hotel and will not return. Spend your money elsewhere.

The location is perfect as you are off the main grand canal so it’s nice and chilled, there is a Vaporettor stop right outside so great for travelling around the whole of Venice. There is a beautiful little coffee shop next door as well as a chilled restaurant less then 5 minutes away so great for snacks, coffees and drinks before setting out or returning in the evening. The hotel is clean but out of all the staff we had to encounter, there was only one who was friendly and engaged in a conversation. One of the gents on reception was extremely rude refusing to allow each of us to pay or night tax (€3.50 per person per night) as we would have needed €3 change each and this seemed to much trouble. He was also constantly on his mobile, when trying to buy drinks from reception he just ignores you and carries on with his conversation. There is no bar/lounge (despite this being in the description) when we asked about the roof terrace this is apparently in one room and not for all guest so a lot of false advertisement. If you want a clean bed and breakfast as this can’t be classed as a hotel, in a great location for sight seeing this is your place. Would we stay again yes. Great girls trip and Venice has our hearts !
