Marco and Barnaba were so helpful and accommodating. Excellent customer service. Communication before arrival was excellent and during our stay they helped us set up water taxis and activities. Definitely recommend this property for the knowledge and customer service.

The communication on what train station to arrive at and how to get there was more than challenging. Once we finally arrived at the hotel, staff tried to be helpful, but kept complaining about the communication challenges through Expedia. Great, convenient, walkable location to restaurants and tourist attractions. Quiet, spacious room and bathroom, especially shower was big. No views, wall to next building is 1 meter away. We had to discuss with them that we didn't receive our Expedia perk of a bottle of wine and they would tell the cleaning service to provide it "again", we then received it.

This is a quaint little boutique hotel. Very good bathroom. Rooms exceptionally with limited lighting. Staff VERY helpful. Be aware- rooms upstairs, now elevator. Staff carried our bags up and down. Location was 4 min walk from a couple different water taxi/publix transports. 15 min walk to st marks. Would definitely recommend

The room was incredible! We had a suite of rooms—a huge bedroom, and an even larger living room. The room was only eclipsed by the staff—Marke, Marco, and Benvolio. I would definitely stay at this hotel again!
Bedroom— there are additional pillows in the armoire.
Coffee or tea? The refrigerator is located in the armoire as well.

Property itself is fine! Nicely decorated room and halls with vintage furniture; closed in outdoor space to sit and rest. However, I wasn't impressed by the communication by the property and it was rather hard to find the hotel. Every other place we stayed in contacted us prior to our arrival and sent detailed info to find the place; not this one! No answer to phone calls. Contactless check in/no lobby, if it's your thing. You need to read a 15 page booklet (not kidding), to figure everything about property and some forms which I didnt even bother to fill in. Upon our arrival, we found our key taped to the main entrance in an envelope with my name on it (where anyone could have grabbed it) because we arrived after hours (after 4pm or something ridiculous). Also not sure about the security within the property as there was a note in the booklet about not to leave windows AND shutters unlocked. Lastly, breakfast is included but according to the map in the booklet; a 10 minute complicated walk to the breakfast place which didnt sound good in the first place. We didnt feel like treasure hunting and just skipped it. It was a joke honestly! Bottom line is, nice property and grounds with rather romantic but small room with ZERO customer service
