"Very clean, well layed-out house, plenty of room for the 5 of us, comfy beds. Coffee pods and ground coffee even provided! We had quite a bit of trouble with the entry keypad, but the owner was very responsive and helped us gain access. Overall a great stay and would stay here again. "

"Parents and 5 adult children visiting family. The house is very comfortable, clean and well stocked ie shampoo, hairdryer, hair straightener, iron and kitchen stuff. Hot tub was prefect! Day trip to Sanibel and Captiva and 45 min. to Venice. Sherry was so nice and helpful. Would definitely recommend this house."

"We had a group of 5 stay in the house for 6 nights. Every need we had- from docking a boat to cooking and hanging out together- was met. The place exceeded our expectations with cleanliness and having what we needed. Unlike some rentals, this was a well-stocked home including coolers, floats, and plenty of towels. The kitchen was extremely well stocked. The only thing we lacked for was a giant stockpot for our shrimp boil. We just used a couple medium pots. The home was clean and even smelled...
