My Pool Villa's are known for their cleanliness. I live around the corner and keep a very good eye on my rentals.
I'm German, and we love it very clean and organized!

Beautiful, natural and pristine beaches are only a short distance away from our Pool Villa. Venice is an exotic small cute little town for beach lovers.

Our remodeled, contemporary decorated Pool Villa II- is simply the best! The house is centrally located but the quiet surroundings will impress you.

Enjoy the gorgeous heated pool and the wonderful outside patio space, which is peacefully nestled in a tropical private back yard, all fenced in - it will be one of your favorite spots!

The well equipped, state of the art kitchen makes meal preparation an ease. After an eventful day you will find restful sleep on our new mattresses. Even your car can enjoy a secure rest in our over sized garage which can be opened automatically.

Nice little rental
My first experience with a VRBO property. The property was well represented in the pictures. This is an older home that has been nicely remodeled. Very clean inside, and the pool is well kept and private. If you are looking for a split 2 bed, 2 bath this might work for you. It is on a busy street, and on the flight path of a small airport. Neither one of these things bothered us very much. We enjoyed our 4 night stay.

First and foremost the property owner and manager are fantastic people. The communication prior to and during our trip was fantastic. We have been to Venice a few times and new our way around. However, if you are new to the area both the manager and owner provide many suggests for places to eat, beaches to visit as well as places to shop. As for the home, the beds are extremely comfortable, the decor is inviting and elegant. We did have a small issue during our stay, but things were handled and taken care of promptly. We will be back again to this home.

Covid is over-Get over it
There is a draconian contract associated with this property with constant references to Covid. No flexibility of check-in times blamed on Covid. There are also a huge list of tasks associated with check out with large dollar penalties if they are not done. Towels washed by guests and put in dryer. Beds stripped by guest, put in washer and started before leaving. Barbecue grill must be immaculate or big dollar penalty. And other tasks that should be handled by the cleaning staff we paid for.

Home Away From Home
Although very attentive to any issue that came up, we feel there were too many issues that did come up that impacted our stay. Some of the pictures shown when we booked were not what actually was portrayed. They were amidst remodeling and we felt they should have been up front and taken time to address before we showed up for our anticipated month long stay. The location is definitely centrally located to beaches, parks and places of interest.

Great location
Great location. Close to Shamrock Park with bicycle and walking trails and access to the Venitian bike path along the Inland Waterway. The bike paths extend into Venice and a beach. Home very comfortable. Easy access to grocery stores, drug stores, movie theater, and restaurants.

Wonderful Stay!
The house is exceptionally clean. The pool and hot tub are amazing a D a good size for several people to enjoy. Everything is modern and very cosmetically appealing. Michelle was excellent to work with she took care of any issue promptly. I would recommend without reservation and would rent from these ladies again.

Our Summer getaway was fantastic!
We were very pleased with our booking, owner is very nice and helpful and even lives nearby. Neighborhood is quiet, house is clean, and even has some new furniture -- overall in really good condition. You can tell owner cares for the property. We really enjoyed all the nice restaurants (and great authentic Italian food!) and beaches nearby as well. Venice is such a nice place to visit! Highly recommended!

Property very nice…location not so nice
Stayed at property for two weeks. The house was as advertised, very clean and well stocked (kitchen, towels, etc.) The pool was very nice, even though we had to pay extra to heat it. The ad makes it sound as though beaches, shopping, restaurants are close, some within walking distance. Not true. The old downtown, which is pretty much the place with the best ambiance, restaurants and shopping, is at least a 15 minute drive on a busy 4-lane. The best restaurants are even farther. The “private beach” refused us access. Major issue: the property is on a very busy street with lots of loud trucks and motorcycle traffic. The local airport, although not used by major airlines, has constant loud small plane traffic taking off and landing flying very low directly over the house and pool area. If none of that bothers you, the property is great.

We had an enjoyable vacation. I have hip issues and the furniture and beds are low…a problem for me. A lot of road noise and the house is in the landing path for the airport. There is a private beach access with phone. We did not use it as we didn’t want to be on their schedule. There are many public beaches within miles. Some of products were low or out. We purchased bath soap and paper towels. You have to wash towels and sheets prior to departure and we had to purchase sanitizer because there any. If you don’t follow the rules you will be subject to additional fees. (Air to low…sand on beach chairs,..etc.). By grandchildren enjoyed the pool.

The location was pretty close to local attractions. Within walking distance the Shamrock Park (1 mile). Only 10 minutes to downtown historic Venice. The pool area was very quite and private. The property was very clean.

Nice home in noisy area.
The home was nice, but located on a busy street. The traffic noise was often very loud. The home is also located in the flight path of Venice airport. Noisy traffic and low flying air planes overhead sometimes very annoying. The home is located near two nice beaches and Shamrock park. The park offers nice bike and walking trails. Downtown Venice was nice to visit. The shops were high priced. The outdoor restaurants were very good.

Perfect home for a getaway vacation!
My husband and I rented this home for a week long vacation. The home was very clean, comfortable, and located in a great area, close to shopping and tons of restaurants. The house was completely stocked with everything you could possibly need. The property manager made the check in easy and even provided ideas for local activities and restaurants. I highly recommend this property.

NEW FAVORITE
My husband and I look forward to spending our anniversary week in Venice at our favorite rental..well our favorite wasn’t available ( can you say procrastination), but that was lucky for us..as we found our NEW favorite. Everything went so smoothly..from the communication with Gerty...to the check in with the lovely Colleen. AND the house is just beautiful..I love how it’s decorated, beds and furniture are quite comfortable.. and it’s VERY clean..this house has everything you could want or need. We spent a lot of time outside.. in and out of the pool..outdoor furniture was TOP NOTCH..and perfect for lounging around which is imperative when you’re on vacation! Very happy to have found our new favorite place and will be back next anniversary..and hopefully sooner also..
