"The staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. Recommended the best steak house and gave clear directions to tour locations. The hotel is Cole to all major attractions. Great view of Gondolas pick up and drop off from hotel. Would recommend to all first time visitors."

Staff from front desk to breakfast people were all friendly. Elevator on the property as well. The hotel is a little difficult to find, but otherwise excellent all around."
