"It was very clean, I booked the jetted tub room with king bed. Very spacious and neat. Kids had fun in the tub. I also love the waffle maker. Just press the ok button, your waffle will be ready. Nice and professional staff. However, Housekeeping is daily and they also knock on your door to clean your room( since Covid, I have never seen any hotel with that. It’s either they clean every other day or request housekeeping) sometimes they don’t clean it even after requesting? The only negative parts is only one elevator for whole hotel and people smoking on the entrance. "

"The manager took care of me. He made an exception for me after hearing my situation, won’t say what, but it was much appreciated. I made sure to alert them of a lightbulb that went out and the sink was draining slow, they appreciated it and I’m sure maintenance was on it I watched them run to fix an issue in another unit (nothing major but they treated it immediately) everyone working there was polite, friendly and professional."

"Food options wise, as long as you have some sort of transportation, you have a wide variety of food options. There are even options within walking distance as well! The comfort of the bed was really really great, especially after an exhausting fulfilling day, the beds that are waiting at the hotel room are comfortable."
