The bright and spacious holiday apartment Atico Las Palmeras Golf, which is situated on the outskirts of the fishing village of Vélez-Málaga, boasts a stunning view of the sea and the surrounding greenery. The 120 m² holiday apartment consists of a living room, a very well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, air conditioning, a TV as well as a washing machine. The accommodation is equipped with a Smart TV, allowing you to log in with your own credentials to access Netflix and other streaming services.

The holiday apartment boasts a private outdoor area with an open terrace, a covered terrace, a balcony and a barbecue. The terraces are furnished with tables, chairs as well as a comfortable lounge area.

A shared outdoor area, consisting of a pool (the swimming pool will be closed from the 30th of September), a garden and an outdoor shower, is also available for your use. Start the day with a healthy outdoor breakfast before taking a refreshing dip in the pool or visiting the vibrant fish market and harbour of Caleta de Velez. In the evening you can lay back with a fresh drink while enjoying the marvellous view of the sea, the surrounding greenery and villages.

Excellent Penthouse

The property is very comfortable and well equipped all on one level. Photos don’t do it justice, views over the sea to Caleta and Torre del Mar are stunning. Would highly recommend.
