The house is exactly as pictured and described on the website and has everything one could want in the way of amenities. "Pros: Stunning! Just finished a fabulous two week stay here and was sad to leave. Beautiful views, quiet, clean and a lovely well equipped living space with easy access to restaurants, stores in Salobreña and Almñécar. The heated pool was well maintained and worth the additional cost. Lots of outdoor space for sitting out/eating, allowing for sun or if you prefer shaded. "Pros: We were a big family group of adults and children from 4-10 years old and Villa Serymar was a great place for us. It was big enough that everyone had their own space and the TV room especially was perfect for the kids when it was too hot outside. The pool area was lovely and we had some amazing BBQs on the terrace. Mercedes (the owner) was so helpful with anything that we needed and left us some essentials in the fridge which was very kind and really helpful! Would definitely recommend"

"Pros: Tæt på by og alligevel uforstyrret område. Dejlig lille lejlighed, der indeholdt alt vi havde brug for. Cons: Der var lidt problemer med aircondition - udlejer var hurtig til at svare, hvilket var et stort plus. (Den ene kom dog aldrig til at virke)."

"Pros: We (4 adults) stayed 2 weeks in villa Andaluza in Almunecar in October. We enjoyed our stay in this house very much. You can have breakfast and dinner outside while watching the Mediterranean Sea. You can even walk down to the beach which is only a ten minutes walk and you will find a nice beach with only few people. The house itself was very well equipped with everything one needs, the owners were friendly and easygoing. We can highly recommend this place."

"Pros:Beautiful location, spacious rooms and amazing swimming pools (infinity and lazy river). Hotel offers stunning bay views even in 'partial sea view' rooms. All places clean with exotic plants and tropical plants, excellent and very well maintain.Spa facilities very pleasant with nice and welcoming staff. Overall gardens, cliff top location and swimming pools made our stay worth-while. Cons:Food very average, repetitive and tasteless, some seafood, pastas, occassional international dishes - choice limited overall - much below any 4 star hotels we visited before. Meats hard or overcooked, salads very limited. Snack bar very limited - some basic crisps, icecream and peanuts on offer, drinks ok however coctails need a supplement paid. Evening entertainment far from desired, only flamenco show was interesting. Staff speak very basic English, so sometimes communication was tricky. Service feels very impersonal. No medical staff or support on-site."

"This small hotel is the best I have stayed for a long time. The staff is incredibly helpful and willing to please you with answers about any concerns or curiosities you have for the town and close areas. The location is perfect. Cleanliness is spotless. The room was ample and the beds very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious with abundant and many cold or hot choices. We regret we could not stay more days and enjoy this gem of a hotel in Almunecar. Excellent!"
