"The villa was even better than it looked in the photos, the pool is big and amazing, the views are wonderful. Everything we needed was there, beds were comfy, BBQ dinners on the balcony were memorable - local octopus is delicious. You do need a car as Salobrena is a long trek"

"This is a lovely large Villa which was perfect for us as we were 3 families holidaying together. Plenty of outdoor space and the shared pool (although we were the only ones in it) was well kept and a good size for swimming and diving. It's a 10 min walk down a steep hill to the town. Very manageable, but if you struggle then there are plenty of taxis around for a lift back up (7 Euros). Lovely area - very spanish which was great. Almunicar is a 20 min walk along the beach front. "The property sells itself with the view. The listing photos are 100% accurate but doesn’t do the view justice. It is reverse living (enter on the main floor with all bedrooms downstairs), but the amenities are complete. The outdoor spaces are numerous and very spacious. Getting to the house is a little bit of a project with the narrow switchback roads but we got used to it - no quick trips to the store, plan accordingly when you are in town. "We all loved our holiday at the Villa. The beautiful views were even more spectacular than we could have imagined and the villa, garden and pool were gorgeous. Sergie popped in to check the pool. He keeps it immaculate. Enjoyed exploring the surrounding areas and star gazing every night. The Villa had everything we needed and communication with Caroline was fast and very helpful. Wonderful villa and holiday in a spectacular place. Thoroughly recommend!"

"I cannot fault the accuracy of the description of the property. The garden and pool are lovely ace the villa is very spacious ace clean inside. The outside tables had take clothes on them which required a wash down, but the garden was a wonderful place to relax in. Orgiva is quite a good base to see other places, but there are windy roads before you get anywhere! Overall, a good place to go and chill."

"This is a lovely villa that flows well and has an amazing roof terrace with a good sized pool. The Villa is nicely decorated and very comfortable. The location is superb being so close to restaurants, shops and the beach. Sharron and her team are super responsive and helpful. We stayed for a month and loved every day! Can’t wait to go back!"

"The unique selling point of this villa is the most incredible view of the sea and the Costa Tropical coastline. What more can you ask for. The accommodation was very clean and comfortable with all the necessary modern conveniences. The owner lives in the downstairs apartment but we only saw him on the first day so had complete sole use of the pool and garden. Communication was excellent and the owner was very accommodating. "This is without doubt, the place to go for beautiful scenery with the Med to your left, the Mountains to your right and a backdrop of the city seen from the magnificent pool. Waking up to this is a great start, middle and end of the day. Well maintained kitchenware and amenities. Transport is a must but the extra effort is very well rewarded."

"This villa with its amazing views of sunrises and sunsets was a memorable part of our vacation in Southern Spain and Portugal. We were 3 couples from California traveling together, so the 4 bedroom villa was roomy and fit all our needs perfectly. Caretakers Liz and Barry welcomed us warmly on arrival and helped us figure out logistics including nearby grocery stores and restaurant options. "A stunning property on the hillside above Salobrena. Las Vistas was clean and very well equipped for our week long stay. We had a lovely time there and spent a good deal of it admiring the fabulous view. It could get a bit breezy at times but I’m sure this wouldn’t be a problem in summer. A car is a must for a stay here as it is situated on the side of a very steep hill, hence the wonderful views. Communication with Claude the owner was good."
