"Unlike the Premier Inns I have used in the UK, the one in Alexanderplatz it’s a very good standard. It’s very clean, the staff are helpful and the location is ideal for tourists. I’d recommend it! We opted for breakfast. It’s fine. What you’d expect. Coffee isn’t great but again, what do you want for the price. All in all, very good quality for the money"

"The location is great, right across Berlin Hbf! The Reichstag was only a few minutes away. The room was clean! The water in the shower was nice and warm! But I can't adjust the showerhead and it's directed towards the wall so I had to remove it from it's holder and hold it. But it's not a big deal to me. Air-conditioning worked great!"

"There was a young man on reception who was terribly rude to both my wife and I and a couple of guests in front of us. We ended up helping the guests with some advice on where to eat as the staff member simply said “Google it” with a tone of disdain, when asked for restaurant recommendations. Terrible attitude and awful customer service."
