It has 4 bedrooms, assigned according to the group size, a spacious living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, and 2 and a half bathrooms, also distributed according to the number of guests. The property can accommodate up to 30 people, and from the ninth person onward, an additional charge of $25 per person is applied.

Room number 5 is enabled only when the group occupies at least 70% of its capacity.

On the outside, you can enjoy a refreshing pool, additional bathroom, spacious patio with bonfire area, and private parking. The beach is just 15 minutes away, outlets are 35 minutes away, and the surrounding area offers multiple dining options with local and international cuisine.
