"No lifts so if you have heavy bags beware. The rooms are duplex with the upper rooms accessed via a narrow staircase with two turns. If you arrive late the kitchen closes early and the bar closes about 2200hrs, so you may have to go out to eat."

"Guy who runs property has a lovely red Ferrari. Loves to spin around the hotel courtyard at night time, anytime after 9pm until 3.30am and keep residents awake. This happened most nights we were there. Hotel is beautiful but I don’t think I would go back."

"Comfortable and conveniently located within a few minutes walk of shopping centre, large supermarket and clothes shopping avenue. Good bus connections to airport and other areas in Gran Canaria. Decent pool and buffet breakfast. Free airport hotel shuttle not available on Sundays and Mondays. Still, one of my favourite hotels on the island."
