"Having lost something on arrival at the hotel, the staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Check-in was quick, our room very well appointed and spotlessly clean. The in room tech was easy to use, very comfortable bed and the bathroom spotless and well equipped."

"The staff was very helpful and friendly and let us check in early as the rooms were ready for us. With a 3 night stay we had a good time in London. Breakfast was ok but wasn't consistent every morning. Not everyday there were hash browns and it would have been nice to have unsmoked and smoked bacon. Mushrooms were nice but on the label it should have been stated garlic mushrooms in case when guests have allergies. For the rest a great hotel with great beds for a good night sleep."

"We love the convenient location on the Strand - closeby to Covent Garden’s - surrounded by amenities for shopping - dining - theatres- the staff and check in experience are wonderful. Very friendly and helpful. Food Restaurant Bar Underground tube - railway - and bus route - 91 to/from Kings Cross- we have used the hotel for 10 years, comfortable beds, rooms spacious, art deco modern and very clean well maintained amenities - Including Rituals, delicious coffee capsules and a quiet room. We generally eat breakfast at the Watch House Covent Garden & visit the nearby Coal Hole pub opposite as we enjoy the live music after a full day of exploring our London events."

"A beautiful hotel with warm, helpful, and welcoming staff. The Hotel staff always greeted you at the entrances and lobby and made you feel safe and welcome. Staff helped me check- in and out smoothly and were so helpful in answering all questions. For my first time in London, this Hotel made my UK visit even more wonderful! I plan to stay at this hotel again when I return to London and I cannot wait to return!"
