"Really comfortable, clean, and lovely room. Great location. But the staff wasn’t helpful for a 4 star hotel and could use training. There is no ironing board in the room so I asked the front desk. She got it out of a closet and told me to bring it up to the room myself (it was a large/heavy/clunky ironing board). The iron itself was dirty and it looked like someone else had used it and burnt something onto it, so the residue immediately stained my clothes… when I went downstairs, the front desk immediately asked me to bring it down without offering to help and seemed in a rush to have it back. It wasn’t a good impression in terms of service."
