"Clean, well designed rooms, nice bar restaurant area, staff always helpful. Only issue was that you had to pull the room door shut to ensure it was locked, this was the same on all 3 of our rooms."

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was exceptionally clean, and the rooms and common areas were very well maintained. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Also, breakfast was excellent. I would especially like to thank you to the owner, her attentiveness, and willingness to help truly made my stay more enjoyable. Excellent service like this makes a big difference, and I highly recommend this hotel."

"I can only give this Bishkek hotel a rating of four (out of five). It wasn't that there was anything wrong with the facilities; in fact, the hotel was so “high-tech”that I couldn't find the switch for one of the wall lights in my room. I ended up pulling out the key card to cut the power, only to realize later—after waking up the next morning—that this had also stopped all my electronic devices from charging overnight. Furthermore, the hotel’s cancellation policy is extremely strict, unlike that of most other hotels. Its only real advantage is its excellent location near the city center square."

"This property is a truly top notch experience. Beautiful location. The food is delicious. The accommodations (yurts) have all the amenities. The staff is friendly and speak English. One caveat is that the road is a bit rough and needs to be marked better as map apps take you the wrong way."
