We loved this hotel and would definitely stay again if in Bishkek. The staff were great and really efficient. The hotel was down a safe alley which made it so quiet for a city hotel. It was a little walk from some of the main attractions but there was plenty to see along the way.

Perfect

Excellent service. Large, comfortable rooms (I asked them to change rooms because of noisy neighbours, and they did so and everything to help). My second stay at solutel, and I'll stay there again. I recommend Solutel without hesitation. It is not cheap, but the quality is well worth it.

Nice little boutique hotel, with a nice staff, which was clean and provided a nice breakfast. Walkable to the main square of Bishkek. One small complaint: they ask you at checkout if you used the minibar. I said no and they asked me to wait so the cleaning staff can actually go to check it. The gentleman apologized and said that was their rule. Not a good way to treat clients.

This is a clean and comfortable stay within easy walking distance of the main sights of the city. The hotel is located in a safe neighbourhood. The staff are friendly and welcoming. We would stay here again.

I can only give this Bishkek hotel a rating of four (out of five). It wasn't that there was anything wrong with the facilities; in fact, the hotel was so “high-tech”that I couldn't find the switch for one of the wall lights in my room. I ended up pulling out the key card to cut the power, only to realize later—after waking up the next morning—that this had also stopped all my electronic devices from charging overnight. Furthermore, the hotel’s cancellation policy is extremely strict, unlike that of most other hotels. Its only real advantage is its excellent location near the city center square.

Great service, room condition could be improved

Service was great and we enjoyed the sauna several times, however hotel condition & cleanliness could be improved. The first room we got (41) had a strange plastic carpet smell to which my mom was allergic. In the second one (36) the bathroom started smelling like sewage after 1 night. The staff were very quick in resolving all these issues but the sewage smell was still there (tho bearable) the rest if our 1-week stay. Other rooms offered to us had smelly carpets so we decided to tolerate the sewage smell since it was only in the bathroom and we didn’t smell it when the bathroom door was closed. Also while our towels were changed and the bathroom was cleaned quite well every day it seems they did not vacuum the floor in the actual room. The breakfast was ok.

Fantastisk personale og service, supert rom, perfekt lokasjon, alt tipp topp med hotellet. Anbefales på det varmeste. Bestilte en guidet dagstur gjennom hotellet. Den var helt ikke helt etter forventningene. Guide og sjåfør snakket stor sett sammen på kirgisisk. Fikk begrenset med informasjon og tydelig mangel på formidlingsevne og kunnskap. Søte og hyggelige folk da - og de kjørte meg de jeg skulle, men det er ikke nok når man betaler 250 dollar for en tur. Kvaliteten underleverandøren sto ikke i stil med kvaliteten på hotellet.

솔루텔호텔 좋아요..

환경친화적 서비스를 지향해서 물, 타월은 더 달라고 하면 됩니다. 물을 안줘서 더 달라고 했더니, 1일에 4병을 주더라구요. 타월은 ESG때문인듯 더 달라고 하면 더 줍니다. 팁문화는 없어요...매일 팁을 놓고 가도 그냥 있습니다. 팁을 얼마나 줄지 통역사와 현지인하고 얘기 했는데, 오히려 우리를 칭찬할 정도로 팁문화는 없습니다. 그래도 워낙 잘 서비스해주어서 6일 한국돈 1만원 팁 주고 왔습니다. 그리고 룸서비스 중 음료 등 먹었는데, 리스트에 나와있는 금액보다 더 저렴했습니다. 참고하시고, 귀찮으면 그냥 드세요. 마지막날 체크하지 말고 얼마냐고 물어보는게 좋을듯요...한국손님들 많아서 진라면 매운맛, 순한맛 다 있습니다. 김치도 있습니다. 굳이 한국반찬 안가져가도 괜찮습니다. 겉절이가 신김치가 되는 과정도 느끼실겁니다. 규모만 적어서 그렇지 5성급입니다. 사우나, 운동시설 있구요. 각층마다 다리미 복도에 있습니다. 론드리 서비스도 있습니다. 접근성도 좋습니다. 인근 편의점 델리쉬 적극추천입니다. 라면도 있구요....인근 그루지아 호텔 짠두라??? 암튼..적극 추천입니다. 투르키예 식당도 있는데 서빙, 음식이 각양각색입니다. 비추입니다. 그리고 얀덱스 앱 까세요...택시부터 음식까지 최고입니다. 얀덱스에서 한국음식 먹고 싶을때 먹었고요. 현지식도 주문 괜찬습니다. 치킨 먹고 싶을때 KFC, 한국식도 있어요...적극추천이요..

The manager, reception and bar staff were helpful. The housekeeping needs to improve vacuuming, making up beds, checking doors before leaving rooms. Website photos do not give an accurate representation of the interior. Solutel Hotel is overpriced.

My first stay at Solutel was so good that I went back for another three nights at the end of my Kyrgyzstan tour! The hotel is tucked away on a lovely & very quiet dead end street so I slept really soundly. But it is in easy walking to the sites and museums. And to a lovely tree-lined boulevard that was so pleasant to stroll after dinner each night to see families out playing with their children - and to nab a "best ever raspberry sorbet" from a food truck that is on the left as you head toward Ala Too square! Breakfast was great with lots of variety and healthy options. But what made both of my stays so exceptional was how incredibly helpful and polite every single staff member was. As a solo female traveler on my first trip to Kyrgyzstan, I found that really reassuring. They helped with cabs, getting my rapid PCR test (fyi- they have a partnership with the Bonetsky lab so is only cost me about $15), where to buy sea buckthorn berries, ideas for must see spots on my next trip, etc! They delivered exceptional customer service and all with lovely smiles.

Excellent hotel

This is one of the best hotels in the world. Exceptional service, very good and spacious rooms, everything is up to the highest standards. Very satisfied with my stay. My colleagues and myself have stayed at Solutel many times, and keep coming back every time we visit Bishkek. Breakfast is also very good. Highly recommend!
