"Cleaner room, bathroom and bath towels"

"Clean property and really helpful friendly staff; great central location near airport. the breakfast spread was really good too"

"Jätte fint och rent rum så trevlig personal "

"We had a wonderful stay at the Taj Horizon. Initially I thought I should have gone further South but once we got yo the Hotel it is a perfect location. The staff was incredible and there was always someone wanting to know how the stay was going and if they could assist with anything to make the stay even more comfortable. It was so nice of the hotel to also provide packed hot breakfast for three of us for our early morning departure. I’ve lived in USA 40+ years and stayed at many nice hotels...

"Service is little slow at the speciality Asian restaurant"

"Staff needs customer service training. Not very helpful. Room is not clean. But location is fantastic. Humidity from air conditioning floods up the floors. It’s high risk as someone will break their bones one day for sure. Breakfast is so so. Not very sumptuous. Variety is good but lacks taste and flavor. Overall not a good experience and definitely not looking forward for another stay. Sorry ☹️"

"Chambre au confort simple, vaste et propre, lit confortable, terrasse avec vue partielle sur mer. Plage toute proche, 50m. Buffet de petit déjeuner payant, pas extraordinaire. Grande salle de bain propre avec bonne douche. Climatiseur un peu bruyant + fan efficaces. Personnel sympathique et efficace. Pas de ménage fait en 3 jours, c'est dommage, surtout à cause du sable rapporté de la plage. 1 seul tube de shampoing."

"Helpful and courteous staff. Clean rooms and excellent pool and beach facilities."

"The staff and food are great. Rooms were kept clean and are well looked after. The spa is very good and well priced."

"Clean room and well stocked toiletries. A well spread breakfast just as expected from Taj"

"Very friendly staff and very accommodating"
