"The Edgewater Villa was beautiful, loved seeing the stars at night over the water! The bar/cafe along the water was delightful with little kitties running around - and good food and drinks! The dinner we signed up for was very delicious. The spa was incredible! My most favorite- I loved listening to the waterfall! Only two things I would say need improvement - 1) continental breakfast options, it was sufficient but not spectacular. The a la carte menu was just ok. 2) in the villa, the A/C unit upstairs is directly over the head of the head - dripping on your head or pillow! That was not pleasant. I would stay here again! Vinaka! "

"I recently had the pleasure of staying at this resort in Savusavu, and I can't recommend it highly enough! The climb really isn’t bad at all (6 minutes tops) and the breathtaking views that await you are absolutely worth every step. Logically, if you have a weak knee or are late-stage pregnant, I would recommend a taxi but it was a welcomed bit of exercise for me since I just jumped in the plunge pool once I arrived. Overlooking the waters of the bay and lush, tropical greenery, the panorama is nothing short of stunning. The sunset on my last day was one of the best I have ever seen. Each morning, I looked forward to the delightful breakfast spread (I learned papaya and avocado are excellent together). The air-conditioned rooms were a blissful retreat ensuring a comfortable and restful night's sleep - this is my weakness so might not be a big deal for you. What truly sets it apart, though, is the staff. Their warmth and hospitality made me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. I even asked them about how to be a good husband and father since I had just learned I was going to be a dad before arriving and was a little nervous. "
