"The bes"

"The staff at Garden Island Resort are all so lovely and caring. The gardens at the front of the building are beautiful. The location is not great for snorkeling right from the resort though amazing diving and snorkelling is available close by. The pool is directly underneath a cauldron of bats, not 1-2 bats but close to 100. The bats are screeching constantly throughout the day and there are bat droppings on the pool deck. There are few close amenities and not much within walking distance....

"Ocean view. Old unmaintained room. Grotty -like it has not been cleaned properly for years. Outdoor shower hot water intermittent, the rocks for shower wall were black and slimy. Small maintenance issues not attended to and now bigger issues, rotting timber in wet areas. The Pathways very uneven , not safe for older patrons- sever falls risk. "Nice place to stay"

"Stayed in the Obana, which as explained is TINY. But as solo traveler it was fine. I spent most of my time on the porch and loved that there was a fan and sun shades on 3 sides which I used to block the monsoon rains and still allowed me to be on the porch. The little bungalow was very clean. The beach is not a sandy paradise, not great for swimming but you can walk down the beach to the lagoon. I spent my time scuba diving, I didn’t need much more water time.I rarely to never watch Television,...
