"This cabin was perfect, better than advertised. Even my teenaged grandchildren were impressed and wanted to stay longer. Location is very private and near Lost Maples Park. Beds were comfortable and plentiful, and home was well-supplied with necessities. Come prepared to enjoy the peaceful country setting and bring plenty of groceries as restaurants and grocery stores are scarce and miles away."

"Like hiking? Lost Maples is right up the road. Like cycling? Incredible segments all around including The Wall!! And best of all, a river to soak in after all your efforts. The house is spacious, the beds are super comfy, and it's

"It was beautiful and quiet. They had everything you need to eat at the cabin except food so I would make sure to take a cooler with food. Also get gas when you're 40 or 50 miles from there. It's a long way to get gas. If bugs are swarming your car when you're driving in, it might be butterflies. The second time I drove in, I slowed down and enjoyed watching the butterflies fly around the car."

"Our family enjoyed our stay! We had room to spread out and had everything we needed. So close to Lost Maples park we came home for lunch then went back. Remember to bring groceries because they are $$$ in Utopia."

"Everything was great. However there is no TV so be prepared to spend that day outside or bring board games. Not much to do at night. We were gone during the day everyday but would have been nice to watch at night. Also if you plan on cooking they have everything but seasoning youll want to bring that with you. Id suggest brining food as closest HEB or groc store is 1hr 15min away. They have a nice waterhole to check out outdoor games for kids. We went end of June and was hot but had nice breeze...

"The property owners were very informative and polite. Cabin was clean and quaint. Everything we needed there for our stay . I would recommend some barbecue tools ( we didn’t think to bring any) but worked around it . Lovely to wake up to bird’s singing, peaceful and quiet . 👍"
