The sheets appeared to be clean however the stains were noticeable. The shower was literally falling apart. The floors were great and there was a new AC which worked well. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable.

Disappointing customer service ,Staff were not always available or friendly,Breakfast was advertised as included, but it was limited to only $10, and even a small extra item or slice was charged once you exceeded the limit,This should be clearly stated when advertising “breakfast included” The only positive was that the room was quite clean

The. Hotel was old but clean. The carpet could definitely use a cleaning, we just kept our shoes on. Gentleman that checked us in was very helpful. Parking was right in front of hotel.

There was no one at the front desk when we arrived at about 6;00 pm. When we phoned the number, the attendant arrived in a car from somewhere to check us in. He was very pleasant and informed us that there were no rooms on main floor and no elevator. He did help us (a 76 and 85 year old couple) carry our cooler up the three flights of stairs. The room was relatively clean, but the vinyl plank floor had not been washed recently )according to my white socks and the pair of socks found under one of the beds. The room was right above the pup, which proved to be quite noisy from the people going outside to smoke. Freight trains pass by the hotel really close 4 times during the night blowing their horns as they went. We almost thought they were coming through the room! The beds made loud squeaking sounds every time you changed position and one of the beds had no top sheet. Had it not been for the young man who checked us in and the lovely lady at the breakfast bar, I would have given it two stars, but maybe it has changed hands recently and is a work in progress.
