"We arrived a little early and went to the club room until our room was available. Nice snacks and drinks staff are lovely and very helpful. Booked the club level it is pricey but worth it. Our room was fantastic, heated bathroom floors great view bed was so comfortable. Every time we cruise out of Vancouver that’s our first pick. You won’t be disappointed!"

"Great stay. Second time staying here and certainly will again when I have to overnight in Van. Staff is great shuttle is on time and easy to get from airport. Restaurant in the hotel is excellent and prices are good. Small shop for snacks also well stocked. Great place to stay and good value for your money."

"Excellent location, walking distance from Granville St and Yale Town. My room was opposite the hospital, on Burrard Rd and was noisy Appreciated the free water and coffeemaker was good as well. Bed was comfortable and had it not been Labour Day, I would probably have got it for a more reasonable rate as it was pricey for a former motel."

"Overall clean. Good location. Walkable to downtown and cruise port. Room was small. Bed was small and hard. Interesting bathroom with all in one toilet and shower. No elevator so beware."
