Guests have private access to the entire upstairs suite, including all four bedrooms, three bathrooms, two living rooms, the fully equipped kitchen, dining area, dedicated workspace, private rooftop, and in-home laundry facilities.

The basement is occupied by other guests, but they have their own private entrance and private living space. The only shared area is the backyard. There are no shared indoor spaces between the upstairs suite and the basement.

The home features its own private entrance with a smart lock, allowing for a seamless contactless self check-in experience. Free street parking is available directly in front of the property.


OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:

✅ This suite has a completely private entrance, though the front gate is shared with the basement unit. Please note that there are stairs at the entrance and inside the suite.

✅ Four level home. Basement is where you can find the master bedroom.

✅ Guests are kindly asked to be respectful of quiet hours from 9 PM to 9 AM as the lower level is also occupied.

✅ Absolutely no parties are allowed. Airbnb has a strict no-party policy. A $600 fine will be issued for any party-related activity, and violators risk permanent removal from Airbnb.

✅ No unregistered visitors are allowed unless pre-cleared with the host. No overnight guests outside the reservation.

✅ No dedicated driveway. Street Parking.

✅ One of the bedroom upstairs is LOCKED.

✅ No smoking inside the suite. Any evidence of smoking indoors, including lingering odors in the furniture or linens, will result in a $500 cleaning fee.

✅ For pet owners, there is a one-time $125 pet fee. To maintain cleanliness, pets are not allowed on any furniture, and a $200 additional cleaning fee applies for excessive fur or mess.

✅ Please do not flush anything but toilet paper in the toilets, and use it sparingly. Also, never pour cooking oil down the drain; trash bins are provided under the sink for safe disposal.

✅ Street parking is available. The unit features central heating, central AC, and ultra high-speed Wi-Fi, and we provide fresh towels, linens, toiletries, and laundry detergent for your stay. A high chair and portable playpen are available upon request.

✅ Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. An additional hourly fee applies for check-ins before the standard check-in time of 4:00 PM and check-outs after the standard check-out time of 11:00 AM.
