This well-maintained 2-storey home is located on a peaceful street in the heart of Surrey. With 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, offering plenty of space for families, work trips, or group getaways. The main floor features an open concept layout, making it perfect for entertaining, plus, the added bonus of a butler's kitchen makes it easy to whip up delicious meals for your group. With a beautiful back garden and enough parking space for 6 vehicles, you can enjoy both indoor and outdoor living.

The open-concept layout features two living areas, each with a cozy fireplace, and two dining tables, this home offers plenty of space to entertain and relax. The kitchen is fully equipped and even boasts a butler's kitchen to keep things neat and tidy. On the ground floor, you will find a convenient queen bedroom and bathroom. As you make your way up the stairs, the master bedroom awaits with a luxurious ensuite featuring his and hers sinks, a large tub, and a shower. There are three additional bedrooms, one with its own ensuite and the other two sharing a bathroom.

You will have the entire home to yourselves throughout the stay. There are tenants living in the separate basement suite.

Not even close to as advertised

Very disappointed in the condition of this house. 2 people checked in, with 3 of us scheduled to arrive a few days later. House needs a total renovation. They did not want to continue staying there because of the smell, and noise from downstairs. Pictures are enhanced from the add.
Stayed 20 nights in Mar 2025
