"We loved Nin Binh and the Emeralda was our favorite hotel… we took 2 tours that we booked directly through the hotel, and they were awesome! Our guide was Dung, for both days, and he was great. We also booked our transportation to Hanoi through the hotel and it was very nice! If you think you want a massage, book early! We only got 1 out of 3 attempts because we tried to book to late."

"We loved our stay. arrived at the welcome center and soon were on a short boat ride to the resort. Our room had a private hot tub, which staff filled with the hot spring. "The property was peaceful and felt out of the way, but access to cars using Grab was always easy and fast, and inexpensive. The hotel was helpful in arranging transportation from Hanoi airport to the hotel, and from the hotel to Hanoi Old Quarter, which was cheaper than four of us taking a bus. The food was good, and the staff were incredibly friendly. Our room was clean, with bottled water added every day. The AC doesn’t run when you aren’t in the room, so it’s hot when you get back after a day out, but the room cooled relatively quickly. The kids wished we could stay longer!"
