"The staff was very professional and understand our needs. They assisted us in booking an early transport from the hotel to the airport. Additionally, they prepared a "to go" breakfast which was most appreciated."

"Loved my stay here! Quiet location, perfectly situated just a few minutes walk from Chania Old Town and near a beach. The staff are lovely and very helpful, showing great Greek hospitality day or night. Their local knowledge was invaluable. The rooms are modern, kept very clean and spacious. Ours had a view of the sea and a big balcony. The bathroom had a large tub and a walk-in shower, with two sinks!"

"Everything was great. Just bathroom size bit tiny."

"Highly recommend staying at Alcanea. Eva, our host, was incredibly helpful and friendly. The staff/service was great. The view of the port was awesome with the water, local bars/shops, and mountains in the distance. And there were dozens of restaurants and shops offering all we might need/want. This hotel made Chania feel like home."

"It’s a small boutique hotel, very beautiful. No amenities. Breakfast is limited. I booked because it was one of the only hotels that mentioned parking but when I arrived, I found out it was an additional cost."
