"The hotel was 5 star, the staff was helpful to a point, the Restaurent food was good, only thing We did not like was that hotel did not provide wash cloth in the bathroom and hotel lobby was very slippery for senior citizens.

"We had booked a room with an extra person and therefore an extra bed. They never gave the extra bed. The room was also not clean. The bathroom door did not close all the way. Overall absolutely not the 4-star hotel that it claims to be. I'd give it a level of 2 star."

"Renovation work was going on when we checked in, but we didn't face any inconvenience. The room was clean and the amenities were good. The most amazing thing was the hospitality. I will give 5 stars only for that. I believe it will be a great place to be in when the renovation is complete."
