"Lack of a swimming pool and sauna was a complete bummer. Although this may have been mentioned in their website, I wish the hotel had the courtesy to price down to compensate. I would not recommend this resort unless you plan to stay for 3-4 nights. Its vast, requires constant hailing of the cab service. PNF restaurant - while the food was good and the staff friendly, be warned that the place was full of mosquitoes. The other thing was that we were promised room with a view, unfortunately...

Inside the room is not pleasant, everything is low class / middle class. Service is near zero. No room service not even can you ask for a favor to be brought to the room, like a beer or a sprite. "I think the positive reviews are paid ones. They converted an old bungalow into a hotel. It was right besides train crossing and every now and then you could hear the noise of trains. Some basic facilities like intercom was missing. Although the rooms were clean and tidy, the bedsheet was not so clean. A basic thing like shampoo and bodywash were not provided. Last but not the least, when i wanted to make a card payment, they did not have card swiping machine. Nothing great about the food. "

We have paid so much money(around 4 times of the actual cost) through Expedia, and we asked for complimentary breakfast from the day1 which was already in their itinerary.
