"Lovely stay and wonderful location. The only complaint I have is the lack of privacy from the owners. You never knew when they would be stopping by and made you feel a bit uncomfortable and not fully at rest there. To the point she was in the room while I was still in a towel from the shower talking to me when I felt she could have given me a few minutes to get dressed before having the conversation. Stopping by on easter with her family and letting them use the trampoline while children from our family were on it. Raising her voice at a 8 year old who had just opened the foosball table and it started to rain so she ran inside leaving it uncovered. Just all around you never knew when they would be there and we were never fully at ease. Besides that the host were very accommodating opening the pool for us and making dinner reservations but maybe it’s a cultural difference but I don’t think they need to be on site every day checking in on you. "

"This amazing home is beautiful, comfortable, and well designed. The construction of very high quality. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare your meals. The living area has a large table, and there are two couches. "

"We had a suite which was HUGE with a spa and fantastic valley views. Parking on the premises if you got there first. Ample buffet breakfast. For such an expensive room there was no ironing board or kettle. Amazing. "

"Very quiet, amazing property. Our room had two bedrooms, three toilets, full kitchen with dishwasher and coffee maker. Dining room. With terrace seating for eight. All built on the site of a 12th century monistary. Restaurant was excellent for both dinner and breakfast. Views from every window. Would make for amazing family holiday. You need a vehicle!"

"The house is ideal for a couple or family with up to 3 children. It is off the beaten track but that is its charm. The views are senational and the house lacks for nothing for self catering. The local town Spello is only 10 minutes drive away and is charming with excellent restaurants, interesting shops and and sights. Most impottantly, Nadia, the owner is the most conscientious and solicitous of host. She speaks admirable English and visited every other day to check we were OK and to to clean the hot tub.hill top town with"

"Beautiful hotel in the Heart of Umbria. Lots of tranquil walking trails and private places nearby to relax in. Very close to Rasiglia. Very friendly staff and great breakfast included wwith stay. Highly recommend. "
