"This is the perfect place to use as a base for day trips in northern Italy by car. It’s very quiet and clean with plenty of parking. It is an agricultural tourism motel which means it’s a large farm house with with a motel attached. The owners are a very nice couple with 2 young children, English is not there first language but the wife very helpful with anything I asked. I highly recommend it if you like peace and quiet."

"We knew this hotel from when we had stayed a year ago. Oh how low it has fallen! No service at the pool, no service at the bar, no air conditioner (despite being at 29 degrees ) We had booked two nights, but we chose to leave after the first one as it was just such a terrible experience. Will not come back again."

Very small selection at breakfast and area is very small and congested for comfort. Also there was no drinking water provided in the room which is unacceptable for a four star hotel."

"Property advertised laundry services and free wifi. They had no laundry facilities or services and the wifi did not work the whole time we were there. Overall the stay was good and service was great. But false advertising in Expedia is a big no for me"
