"Fantastic service, great location, top class hotel, the spa was a lovely way to spend a couple of hours in the afternoon and I booked a massage which was lovely. We had a gift in our room as it was our 25th wedding anniversary. The room was beautifully done and bathroom huge. Everything was spotless with turn down every evening with little gifts and cards showing the weather. Everything little thing thought of including a leaving gift. "The reception area or front room/breakfast area dated, shuts at 8pm if you want a tea/coffee then you come here not in room, we did at 10pm but felt very uncomfortable like in somebodys house, no choice on coffee only expressio, no milk, had to find it. The room feels depressing like a panic room with the massive six bolt door, walls bear, stupid hats hanging over a very uncomfortable bed, again didnt get what they was trying to achieve."
