"The Principal Hotel is a jewel. Accommodations were very adequate. The staff was super friendly and the surrounding area was quaint. My issues are the room needed a little more cleaning, i.e. lots of hair left in the sofa bed along with food crumbs and Carmex. Next, a fan was constantly running and could not be turned off so the room was mostly always freezing for us. The space was large and more then enough room for everyone."
